At Saanich Carpentry we offer carpentry services for residential projects and commercial tenant improvements in Saanich and the surrounding area. We have 20 years of experience in construction working on a range of projects from building and renovating homes and properties to small scale carpentry projects. We want to support you to bring your building and renovation projects to fruition.

With fixed pricing, we agree on the scope of the work and the cost. If the scope changes, so does the cost. Fixed pricing might be for you if you have a defined project scope or you are in need of ongoing carpentry services (e.g. homeowner, property manager, or contractor looking for a carpenter on loan to meet a target deadline).

With flexible pricing, we bill by the hour. Our rate is $90/hr, with a $250 minimum call out. Flexible pricing might be for you if you have a few projects to complete, an undefined scope of work, or you want to get started right away.
